Over the past 40 years, Kendall Square has evolved into a dynamic innovation district. This growth has been fueled by Kendall’s proximity to talent, institutions, and companies, and connections to Boston’s medical centers, investment resources, and education institutions. Despite it's success however, Kendall is not geographically central in the regional transit system. The Transport Kendall Report provides actions to transform mobility in Kendall Square, and enhance the transit-oriented development model in Cambridge.
